More complex computer systems and set ups such as Trader Desks require a lot of due care and attention when it comes to the decommission and re-commission process of the move itself. Before disconnecting a single cable our I.T team will fully audit every set up, including labelling all connecting parts, screen positions and location on top and underneath the users desk. Digital photos will also be taken and uploaded onto our unique system 'Move Me Online', which gives real time progress of all the stages of the clients I.T relocation.

Once re-commissioned and tested Evolution Interiors I.T team always go the extra mile in order to make sure that cable management is achieved to the highest of standards, securing all fixed cables and allowing freedom on cables such as mouse and keyboard leaving the whole set up user friendly and easy to change if any problems may occur further down the line after the relocation process. Evolution Interiors understands that downtime in any business is non cost effective, so with larger users equipment the Pre Move Audit will generally be done out of office hours within the 48hrs prior to the actual move itself, ensuring that everything is ready in advance to guarantee a organized and efficient relocation exercise.

During the pre move audit all equipment will be logged into our database with their positioning, condition and attached a digital photo related to the specific piece of equipment to ensure that once decommissioned all items can be re-commissioned to the same specifications as it was originally set up. From the position of monitor arms, to the distance between each monitor, all items will be carefully measured and recorded to ensure a quick and efficient relocation.
